 Large Fonts: this Windows option is not supported
Smoothing (anti-aliasing): while supported, it is sometimes better to switch off
Font Sizes: try to set \Windows\K-Mania.ini Sizes=7-16 or even larger range, then rebuild font database
Background: hard-dithered backgrounds get the quality down
