Within a minute after the transaction, you will receive the receipt and instructions for registering Textract. Online registration utility will use your purchase and computer info and convert Textract Trial into Textract Commercial, removing time limitations and nags. No reinstallation of Textract required. Yet, if you buy before the installation of Textract, you should download Textract and install it before or after the online registration. Registration makes a key, specifically for your computer. This key is not appropriate for another computer.


Textract SDK Redistribution Policy

Textract SDK is a royalty-based product. If you redistribute Textract as a part of your application, you have to pay for each redistributed copy. Yet, the price per copy goes down fast when you buy many copies. Simply stated, you pay 4 times more for 10 times more copies. Please see the table below. Copies are counted "per computer" (not "per user", not "per CPU"). Each copy must be registered. Registration and purchase (order) are different processes. One purchase gives you legal and technical rights to register Textract for the same number of computers as the copies you purchased.

Textract Unlimited is intended for redistribution of any (unlimited) number of copies. It's another installation of Textract, without any need to register each copy. Textract Unlimited comes with additional statements in the license agreement, effectively stating that
- you may use and allow others to use it as a part of the product(s) that you designed (not as is)
- your product(s) cannot be a direct competitor to the Textract SDK or Kleptomania Utility (products of Structu Rise).
- you may not pass on the license rights to another party (e.g. for redistribution with another party product)
